【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoverstheminimumrequirementsforindividuallypackagedmalecondomsmadefromnaturalrubberlatexandintendedforsingleuse.Thisspecificationdoesnotcoverthespecificationsforlubricantsorotherdressingmaterialsthatmaybeappliedtocondomsexceptasnotedin3.2.1.2Thisspecificationisintendedtoassistbuyersinobtainingcondomsofconsistentquality.Thesafeandproperuseofcondomsisexcludedfromthescopeofthisspecification.1.3Theapplicabilityofthisspecificationisasadesignguidelineandareferencetestspecification.Itisnotintendedtobearoutinequalitycontrolspecificationforcondommanufacturingoperations.1.4Theannexesinthisspecificationincludeimportantinformation,suchasthatonapparatusormaterials,thatisamandatorypartofthespecificationbuttoodetailedforinclusioninthemaintext.1.5Theappendixesinthisspecificationcontaininformationintendedtoprovideguidanceonlyandarenotamandatorypartofthespecification.1.6Itshallbetheresponsibilityofthemanufacturerforanycondomdesignthatfallsoutsidethespecificationsofthisstandardtodeterminetestingmethodologyandsubstantiatetheappropriatenessofthatmethodologytoassurethequalityofthecondomstothepurchaserandtothegovernmentregulatoryauthorityhavingjurisdiction.1.7ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.
