【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiessafetyrequirementsandtheirverificationforthedesignandconstructionofsprayersforpesticideproductsandliquidfertilizerapplication.Thisstandardisapplicabletomounted,semi-mounted,trailedandself-propelledagriculturalspraysdesignedforusebyoneoperatoronly.Itisnotapplicabletopedestriancontrolledsprayers,neithertoknapsacksprayers,nortoaerialsprayers.ThisstandarddealswithmechanicalhazardsandriskstotheoperatorwhenhandlingtheappliedchemicalproductsandoperationofequipmentItdoesnotcoverthehazardsrelatedtopressurizedtanks.NOTE1.SuchtankswillbecoveredbytheEuropeanRegulationsonpressureequipment(currentlyinpreparation).Itdescribesmethodsforeliminationorreductionriskswhichneedspecificrequirementsforsprayersandliquidfertilizerdistributors.Itdoesnotdealwithgeneralhazardsparticularlygeneralhazardsrelatedtomobility,includingthosespecifictoself-propelledmachines.TheseaspectswillbedealtwithinanotherstandardproducedbyCEN/TC144(seeintroduction).Inaddition,itspecifiesthetypeofinformationonsafeworkingpracticestobeprovidedbythemanufacturer.ThelistofsignificanthazardsdealtwithinthisstandardisgiveninannexA.AnnexAalsoindicatesthehazardswhichhavenotbeendealtwith.Environmentalaspectshavenotbeenconsideredinthisstandard.Thisstandardappliesprimarilytomachineswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofissueofthestandard.NOTE2.Non-restrictiveexamplesofmachinesaregiveninannexB.
