【摘要】:Themostcommoninitiatingeventinafatalfireisthedroppingofacigaretteontoabedorpieceofupholsteredfurniture,causing20%oftheestimatedU.S.firedeathsfrom1992x2013;1996inresidentialstructures,accordingtostatisticsprovidedbytheU.S.ConsumerProductSafetyCommission.TestMethodsE1352andE1353havebeendevelopedtoevaluatethesusceptibilityofupholsteredfurnituremock-upsandcomponentstoignitionbycigarettes.FederalStandard16CFRPart1632,StandardfortheFlammabilityofMattressesandMattressPads,waspromulgatedtoreducethelikelihoodthatmattressesandmattresspadswouldignitefromalightedcigarette.Thistestmethodenablescomparisonoftherelativeignitionstrengthofdifferentcigarettedesigns.Inthisprocedure,thespecimensaresubjectedtoasetoflaboratoryconditions.Ifdifferentconditionsaresubstitutedortheenduseconditionsarechanged,itmaynotbepossible,usingthistest,topredictquantitativechangesinthefiretestresponsecharacteristicsmeasured.Therefore,thequantitativeresultsarevalidonlyforthefiretestexposureconditionsdescribedinthisprocedure.1.1Thisfire-test-responsestandardprovidesastandardmeasureofthecapabilityofacigarette,positionedononeofthreestandardsubstrates,togeneratesufficientheattocontinueburningandthuspotentiallycauseignitionofbeddingorupholsteredfurniture.1.2Thismethodhasvalueasapredictoroftherelativepropensityofacigarettetoigniteupholsteredfurnishings.1.3Thismethodisapplicabletocigarettesthatburnalongthelengthofatobaccocolumn.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.5Thisstandardmeasuresanddescribestheresponseofmaterials,products,orassembliestoheatundercontrolledconditions,butdoesnotbyitselfincorporateallfactorsrequiredforfirehazardorfireriskassessmentofthematerials,products,orassembliesunderactualfireconditions.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecifichazardstatements,seeSection6.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO28721specifiesrequirementsforappliestoqualityrequirementsonthermalshockresistanceaswellasheatingandcoolingproceduresofstandardisedglass-linedapparatus,components,accessories,andglass-linedpipesprimarilyusedforprocessequipmentinchemicalplants.Itspecifiesthelimitsofthermalshockresistanceusingdiagrams(seeFigure1andFigure2).Forglass-linedsteel,adistinctionismadebetweenathermalshockontheglass-linedside(producedbycharginganapparatus)andathermalshockonthesteelside(producedbyheatingorcookinganapparatus)ThepartofISO28721appliestooperatingtemperaturesfrom-25°Cto+230°CItisonlyapplicabletoenamelledunalloyedandlow-alloycarbonsteels.
