MIL-HDBK-1028/6A, MILITARY HANDBOOK: AIRCRAFT FIXED POINT UTILITY SYSTEMS (31 MAY 1996)., This handbook provides basic guidance for aircraft ground power facilities (Category Code 149-15). It has been developed from extensive re-evaluation of facilities and is intended for use by experienced architects and engineers. The contents include preliminary design data for the centeral utilities supply, distribution, and aircraft ground power fixed pint (permanently located) service areas. Specific data are given for engine starting air, environmental control system cooling air, preconditioned cooling air for hanger aircraft, compressed air for maintenance operations, 400 Hz and 60 Hz electrical power distribution systems.
