【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61097specifiestheperformancerequirementsandmethodsoftestingforINMARSAT-Cshipearthstations(SES)capableoftransmittingandreceivingdirect-printingcommunications,andforenhancedgroupcall(EGC)equipment,foruseintheGMDSS.Theavailablevariantsare:Class0:AnEGCreceiver,eitherstand-aloneoranelementofaGMDSSinstallationinaccordancewiththeINMARSATdesignandinstallationguidelines(DIGs)forGMDSSinstallations.Class1:AbasicSESprovidingshore-to-shipandship-to-shoremessagetransferonly.Class2:Asclass1butwithEGCasanalternativetoshore-to-shiptransferusingasharedreceiver.Class3:Asclass1butwithEGCusinganindependentreceiver.ThestandardcomplieswithIMOperformancerequirementsstatedinthenormativereferences,INMARSATtechnicalcharacteristicsandtestprocedures,andIEC60945generalrequirementsexceptwheremodificationsareexplicitlystatedinthisstandard.TechnicalcharacteristicsessentialtoGMDSSoperationasdefinedbytheIMOareidentified.Alltextofthisstandard,whosewordingisidenticaltothatinIMOSOLASConvention1974asamendedin1988andResolutionsA.807(19),A.664(16),andA.694(17)isprintedinitalicsandreferencemadetotheResolution/Recommendationandsubclausenumber.Thisstandardcoversequipmentconstructionandtesting.Mattersrelatingtoinstallationmayalsobefoundinthenormativereferenceslistedinclause2.ThosetobefoundinIMOResolutionsA.807(19)andA.664(16)arereproducedinannexA.ResponsibilityfortypeapprovalofINMARSAT-CandINMARSAT-EGCisvestedinINMARSATbyIMOResolutionsA.807(19)andA.664(16).Therefore,thisstandarddoesnotreproduceINMARSATtestproceduresinfull,butreferstowheretheyaregiveninINMARSATdocumentationcitedinthenormativereferencestothisstandard.NOTEForthepurposesofthisstandardthetermsINMARSAT-C,INMARSATStandard-CandStandard-Crefertothesameequipment.
