【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesrequirementsfordouble-pitchprecisionrollerchainssuitableforthemechanicaltransmissionofpowerandforconveyors,togetherwiththosefortheirassociatedsprockets.Itcoversdimensions,tolerances,lengthmeasurement,preloadingandminimumtensilestrengths.Thesedouble-pitchchainshavebeenderivedfromsomeoftheshort-pitchtransmissionprecisionrollerchainscoveredbyISO606havingcertaincommondimensionsbutofdoublethepitch.Thechainsareintendedforuseunderlessonerousconditionswithrespecttospeedandpowertransmittedthanarethebasechainsfromwhichtheyarederived.ThisInternationalStandardprimarilyappliestosprocketswith5to75teethinclusive(withintermediatenumbersofteeth51/2to741/2inclusive).Thepreferrednumbersofteethare7,9,10,11,13,19,27,38and57.
